These zones apply to customers with a business delivery address. Customers with a residential delivery address please review the shipping policy below.

  • Flat Rate Fee – Freight Shipping:
    • British Columbia – $475.00
    • Alberta – $425.00
    • Saskatchewan – $405.00
    • Manitoba – $405.00
    • Ontario (outside of Zone 1 & 2) – $275.00

Best rate calculated at time of shipping for all areas outside of the above zones.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders from customers with a business delivery address will ship according to the zones noted above.
  • Orders below $275 before taxes may be subject to a $19.00 small order processing charge. This charge will apply to both customer pick ups and deliveries in all the zones noted above; This is NOT a shipping charge.
  • All orders from customers with a residential delivery address will ship according to ZONE 3 above. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and understand that Keypak takes no responsibility for the loss, delay or damage of the shipment.
  • All customers, business or residential can pickup their orders or arrange to have them shipped using their own courier. Please contact customer service prior to making any arrangements to pickup whether in person or via a third party carrier.
  • Non-dock deliveries may be subject to a tail gate fee.
