All orders from customers with a business delivery address will ship according to the zones noted above.
All orders from customers with a residential delivery address can only ship using the customers own courier account. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and understand that Keypak takes no responsibility for the loss, delay or damage of the shipment.
All customers, business or residential can pick up their orders or arrange to have them shipped using their own courier. Please contact customer service prior to making any arrangements to pick up whether in person or via a third party carrier.
